Does your callout make money, or fund the week

An hour on site is rarely an hour. Count the travel, the admin and the overhead, and see what each callout really leaves behind.

The fix is usually a minimum callout fee, not more callouts.

How it works

Runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored.

  1. 01Paid hours are time on site, travel time and admin time added together.
  2. 02Each paid hour carries labour cost and overhead.
  3. 03Vehicle cost and materials are added per callout.
  4. 04The minimum fee divides cost per callout by (1 − target margin).

The calculation

Cost= paid hours × (labour + overhead) + km × rate + materials

Result= average invoice − cost

Minimum fee= cost ÷ (1 − margin)
